This Privacy Policy applies to our customers who configure a chatbot, and to visitors who interact with a chatbot embedded on a customer's website.

Configuration data: content you upload or provide to configure your chatbot, including documents, website content, and knowledge base materials ("Customer Content").

Payment information: processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers.
